Policies & Holidays

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your appointment or drop-in visit, please give at least 24 hours notice or you may be charged for the time reserved for you. If you must cancel overnight petsitting, please give at least 7 days notice or you may be charged for the time reserved for you. 

Payment Policy: Payment must be made at the time of service unless otherwise discussed. Prices subject to change. Itemized invoices/receipts are available upon request.

Holiday Fee of an additional $10 will be charged on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day, January 1

• Memorial Day, last Monday in May

• Independence Day, July 4

• Labor Day, 1st Monday in September

• Thanksgiving Day, 4th Thursday in November

• Christmas Eve, December 24

• Christmas Day, December 25

• New Year's Eve, December 31
