“Raven is hands down the best groomer I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! I was extremely hesitant of bringing my (very spicy) Maine Coon, Charlie, to a groomer in the first place, but when I saw a recommendation for Raven and her in-house services, I decided to give her a shot! I warned Raven of how spicy Charlie can be, and she didn’t let it phase her. Charlie did end up being very dramatic; she scratched up Raven and even bit her. I was mortified, but Raven took it like a champ, and has come back since to groom her! I appreciate Raven’s empathetic and caring approach towards all of the animals she cares for. She has a deep understanding of animals that you don’t always see within the industry. I love that i can trust Raven to do her thing and make my girl look and feel better.
