Cancellation Policy: Please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice or you may be charged for the time reserved for you.

Payment Policy: Payment must be made at the time of service. Prices subject to change. Itemized invoices/receipts are available upon request.

Holiday Fee of an additional $5 will be charged on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day, January 1

• Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, 3rd Monday in January

• Washington's Birthday, 3rd Monday in February

• Memorial Day, last Monday in May

• Juneteenth National Independence Day, June 19

• Independence Day, July 4

• Labor Day, 1st Monday in September

• Indigenous People's Day, 2nd Monday in October

• Veterans' Day, November 11

• Thanksgiving Day, 4th Thursday in November

• Christmas Day, December 25
